RELIC
× Objects of Inheritance
Campaign
Some things are made to be kept.A jewel carries more than its stone.A hand. A memory. A moment in time.RELIC explores jewellery as an object of inheritance.Something found, worn, kept and passed forward.
The Film & In Black and White

The FilmThe city is already awake.Morning light through the window.A taxi moving through the streets.Gold catching the light for a second.Nothing is introduced.Nothing is explained. The jewellery simply enters the world.

In Black and WhiteWhen colour disappears, the details remain.Skin.Stone.Metal.Light.A different side of the same story.

The Campaign

This is not about the jewellery. It is about what happens when you wear it.She carries one history. He carries another.Different people.Different pieces.Different ways of wearing what came before.

She

The emerald sits close to the skin.Morning light moves across the stone.Silk catches the shadow. She does not look for the camera. The camera finds her.

He

Gold against skin.A quiet piece.A familiar weight. He wears it without ceremony. As though it has always belonged there.

She

Another piece.Another mood. The same woman, somewhere else.Closer.Softer.Unaware of being watched.

He

The city moves around him.The jewellery stays still.A small detail against the noise.

She

Not every jewel asks to be noticed. Some are discovered slowly. In the light. In the movement. In the space between one moment and the next.

Together

Two people. Two histories. The emerald at her ear.The ruby at his neck.Different worlds, finding themselves in the same frame.

The Jewellery

A stone at the jaw.Emerald beneath the veil.Beads against skin.Gold left behind on a dark surface. Some pieces are meant to be seen.Others are meant to be remembered.

What does a jewel look like when no one is wearing it?Set down on an engraved tray.Draped over bronze.Still.Waiting for the next hand.

An emerald does not announce itself. It catches the light. And holds it.— Objects of Inheritance

The Craft

Before the jewel, there is the hand. The pencil. The stone. The setting.A line becomes a shape.A shape becomes an object. And an object becomes something worth keeping.

The Direction

RELIC began with a simple thought:What does a jewel remember?

Not a story invented for it.A real history. The hands that made it.The skin that wore it.The time it has already lived through.

The campaign places the jewellery inside a world that feels lived in.The street. The morning. The shadows. The quiet moments.

Nothing feels newly placed.Everything feels as though it has been there before.
